They were seen in the viral video throwing stones and at the same time flogging her. The Muslim male students later surrounded her with tyres and lit her up.
Some of the students were also seen boasting of their actions with one showing a box of matches he used to ignite the fire.
Reacting to the sad incident, the school authority in a press statement said it “has resolved close down the College indefinitely with immediate effect”.
Meanwhile, a Muslim fanatic, AbdulQahar Abdullahi, tweeted; “I thought that the idea of blasphemy is a no-go area for sane people. Heard someone, foolishly decided to test the waters with Sokoto people You don’t do such stupidity & expect the Muslim faithful to fold their arms. The Sokoto hospitality & humility ends when you do such shit!”.
